A little about me...

An alumnus of Florida State University’s limited access Advertising program, and a public relations + digital marketing professional. Currently, I am the Senior Manager of Communications at Kinetic Content, an unscripted production company in Los Angeles. I specialize in digital content creation, social media management, and campaign strategy in the lifestyle and entertainment space. On top of my digital background, I am also a 500hr Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher with an additional mat pilates certification. Moving and connecting with the body is my soul’s passion and to share it with others is something I am incredibly grateful for. I completed both trainings with Meg Shuba’s Body Poetic Academy in Poros, Greece.

When I’m not working on our latest show campaign or teaching you can find me moving my body outside, hitting the beach, or on the porch with a book in hand. If you would like to work together feel free to email me with the link at the top of my site.
